This lavender eye pillow is filled with rice and lavender collected from local Turkish fields. It can be used during shavasana pose in yoga, meditation, or to relax before bed. It can be chilled in the refrigerator or warmed up with iron to provide instant relief for headaches, pains, and tired eyes.
Standart Use:
Soothes you with the lavender scent.
Directions: Rub the pillow between your hands to release lavender scent.
Hot Use:
Improves blood circulation and relaxes muscles around the eyes to relieve dry eyes and sinus congestion.
Directions: Iron both sides for 5 seconds.
Cool Use:
Soothes puffy and tired eyes, relieves headaches and dark circles.
Directions: Store in zip lock plastic in the freezer 1 hour before use

Care: Remove pillow cover and wash at 30°C (do not bleach). Do not wash the inner pillow with lavender.
