This seems to be true because the number is richly made, it is heavy and the weight of one is from 65 to 85 grams. Dimensions 75x45 mm. Compare this to the plain, nondescript aluminum tags found in Soviet hospitals or factories, or the plastic tags of today. I can even open a bottle of beer with this number. This might just be your lucky number as a souvenir from Soviet Russia.
